Together we will action map an audience-selected course, so you will leave the session with hands-on practice in the technique, not just steps to follow.

Facilitator

The workshop is facilitated by Michelle Wescott, an award-winning instructional designer. She’s been using Action Mapping since its early days after being trained in the technique by Cathy Moore, the creator of the Action Mapping methodology. Michelle has seen its benefits in solving performance issues in many industries and with diverse audiences. She believes Action Mapping makes a difference and would like to show you how.
